Finally, be aware that there are no short cuts! Losing weight or more specifically, losing fat, it not an easy process. Whilst you may be able to lose weight quickly by following these quick weight loss principles, they do require effort and commitment!

So what makes the quick weight loss principles
system so unique?

The quick weight loss principles are scientifically-proven weight-loss strategies based on fundamental physiological laws that govern the human body. All of the principles we use branch from one of the 4 'Lifestyle Factors':

  • Nutrition
  • Supplementation
  • Cardiorespiratory (aerobic) exercise
  • Resistance exercise (weight training)

What makes this system so unique is the fact that you get to choose the principles to use. Of course, the more you choose the faster you get results. For example, if you don't want to lift weights you don't have to (even though it is a great option), and you can still employ plenty of other strategies instead. All of the quick weight loss principles you use must become long-term, sustainable lifestyle habits.

As far as I'm concerned, that is the most important point when it comes to losing weight and getting in great shape; you must be able to make the habits a permanent part of your lifestyle. No area is this more important than in the area of nutrition. Even though I do have a free Quick Weight Loss Diet on this site so you can achieve dramatic weight loss in a very short period of time, I don't consider it to be a sustainble approach to nutrition. However, the principles it uses work very effectively so it is a great 'kick-start' for many people.

Plus, the Quick Weight Loss Diet incorporates many other principles recommended on this site so after you've followed it for at least 2 weeks (and have lost around 5-7 kilograms) you can start including other foods in the diet to continue your weight-loss efforts.
