5 to 6 small meals

Ever since I read that eating 5 to 6 small meals was the way to go I felt relieved as that is my natural eating style but I've always felt guilty about feeling hungry or 'peckish' when nobody else was. It makes sense to eat small meals rather than get really hungry and eat a big meal then not know when to stop!
