Here is the first Quick Weight Loss E-zine for 2010!

I arrived back home on Friday after spending the festive season overseas with Annie. It was the first holiday I've had in many years and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I tell you what though, I'm ready to get back into work and a regular exercise routine! Having done very little exercise whilst away in addition to eating and drinking, I'm amazed at how quickly I've lost condition!

Nevertheless, I know that as soon as I get back into doing all the right things I'll get back into shape fast! Especially if I use the principles on this website! ;)
