If you make an effort to include at least some of these foods in your diet on a daily basis you will be able to assist your body in burning off body fat fast!

It is always important to keep in mind though that even if you consume these foods on a regular basis, the difference they can make to your weight-loss efforts, whilst it may be significant, is no where near as important as other nutritional principles, such as controlling portion sizes, controlling your sources of carbohydrates, having small, regular meals and ensuring you have protein with every meal.

‘Why a No Carb Diet is No Good!’

There are many reasons why a no carb diet is not a good option for weight loss or your health. In this article we will cover why you must have at least some carbs in your diet, which means that low carb diet plans may be okay but cutting all the carbs from your diet is definitely not!

A no carb diet means that you're cutting all of the following foods out of your diet: bread, pasta, rice, cereals, fruits, starchy vegetables, fibrous vegetables, dairy products, sauces, jams and juices. What it leaves you with are foods that contain exclusively protein and/ or fat and there are several reasons why this approach to nutrition is definitely not a good option.

A carbohydrate chart is definitely useful in order to help you select the correct types of carbohydrate sources to include in your diet on a daily basis. It may also help you control your carbohydrate intake by helping you determine the correct portion sizes for your body.

By selecting the correct sources of carbohydrates and controlling the portion sizes, you will be able to lose weight quickly and easily.
