A Great Breakfast Option For You!

Over the years I have always been a strong advocate of having a whole-food meal for breakfast, eggs on toast, cereal, etc.

My reasoning for this is simply because it helps to speed up your metabolism due to the fact that your body has to expend energy through the process of digestion, also known as, Thermic Effect of Eating (TEE). Therefore, potentially it may assist your weight-loss efforts.
