August 04, 2010

Here is the Quick Weight Loss E-zine for August.

I spent last weekend at a beach house in Falcon (a small town just outside of Mandurah) with Annie and we had good weather almost all weekend even though it is winter here in Perth.

I spent most of the time sitting on the balcony watching the ocean, enjoying the sunshine, writing articles and drinking red wine!

I find the words seems to flow easily when I go there.

I hope you enjoy the articles and please feel free to comment on them and let me know your thoughts or your experiences based on the topics discussed.

Have a great week and I look forward to hearing from you.
