A good reminder of the broader health picture

I'm currently using hypnosis and support from friends to get healthy without 'dieting'. I still incorporate principles learned from 'Look Good, Feel Great', particularly to stabilise my energy through the day.

As I've recently stopped having sugar in my coffee, it's good to be reminded of the effects of sugar and high carb foods as well as other helpful strategies.
