Confused no longer about carbs and weight loss

Thanks so much for the valuable information, plain and simple...in language I can understand, about how high carb foods cause a rise in blood sugar levels, and by keeping your blood sugar level stable, your body will be able to utilize stored body fat as a fuel source, which will increase weight/fat loss.


I need to lose 25 pounds, so starting today, I am going to start emphasizing low density carbs in my diet and see what happens. The journey begins.....

I have found if you increase these food types combined with weight training it seems to accelerate the loss. I still get bigger but by limiting my intake after training at night I have found it easier to keep the weight off.
