Choosing the best aerobic exercise from all the different types of aerobic exercise available can be a difficult process. The questions you need to ask yourself are: Can it be done at home? What are the benefits to exercise? Which type of aerobic exercise burns the most calories? Do you need to go to a gym? How do you make it a consistent part of your lifestyle? The best aerobic exercise for you is simply the one that you enjoy and can make a permanent part of your lifestyle! It must become a 'sustainable lifestyle habit'.
