    To make matters worse, many people's expectations of what they can achieve by using even the best fat burner is totally unrealistic! They believe that if they take a few fat burners within a matter of days they should be seeing some major changes in their body. Other people think that if they take a few fat burners they can get away with eating and drinking whatever they want!

    Obviously these people end up being disappointed with the results they achieve!



    2. Even if you use the best fat burner, it must be used in conjunction with a good nutritional plan and exercise program.

    If you're serious about getting the best results from using the most effective fat burners on the market, then you must be willing to follow a suitable nutritional plan and incorporate a regular exercise program into your lifestyle.

This is often called, 'label garnish'!

    In the United States it is common to see labels of products with a list of ingredients without the amounts of each ingredient being stated! These 'proprietary blends' allow companies to easily put minimal quantities of the effective (and generally more expensive) ingredients along with high amounts of the less effective (and usually cheap) ingredients.

    independently tested and government approved.

    In the United States supplement company manufacturers are not required to undergo the strict and stringent testing protocols that are required for products produced in other countries, like Australia. By not having this essential requirement, the amounts of ingredient stated on the label may not match what is contained in the product.

    The TGA (Therapeutic Good Administration) in Australia strictly regulates all products that make label claims. In order for a product to receive an 'AUST L' number, it must conform to all the TGA requirements.

    These include:

  • The product must be manufactured at a 'GMP approved' plant (Good Manufacturing Practices).

  • Independent and rigorous testing must be done on the product to ensure that the level of each ingredient stated on the label matches what is contained in the product.

  • Manufacturers must ensure that the level of certain ingredients do not exceed maximum limits.

  • The claims on the label are based on scientific evidence, making them true and correct.
  • If you want to use the best fat burner available in order to help you achieve your weight-loss and fat-burning goals faster, before you spend your hard-earned money on the product, contact the company and ask for a copy of the Certificate of Analysis (CoA).

    The CoA must have been conducted by an independent lab and have been manufactured at a GMP-approved lab. Once you have this, you can then rest assured that the product will be worth the money you spend on it.

    If the product has been made in Australia, then make sure it has an 'AUST L' number clearly stated on the label. This ensures that the product has passed all the strict requirements of the Australian government.

    Fat burners that are easy to use are products that only require one or two capsules to be used at a time. Having to take handful of capsules each time you use them is inconvenient. It is also more costly because you are likely to finish the bottle sooner!
