I've read the book and found it to be absolutely remarkable, extremely educational and the results I have been able to achieve have been due to the knowledge and new found lifestyle change and appreciation of knowing more about the way my body works.

Hi Rebecca,

Thanks very much for providing me with your feedback about my book, Look Good Feel Great, I really appreciate it!

I sincerely hope the information it contains helps you achieve your physical goals as well as enjoy a long, healthy and enjoyable life.

Writing the book was a goal of mine many years ago and finally, after 8 years, I finished it. Since I have always been involved in the health and fitness industry and I wanted to be able to share the knowledge I had gained over the years with as many people as possible, writing the book was the obvious way to do that.

Now of course this website provides another medium through which to be able to share my knowledge.

fat around waist

Hi,

I am trying to eat well but all I do is put on more weight around my belly and hips. I have slim skinny arms and legs!! Help!

Hi Regina,

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. However, I do believe that you will be able to lose the fat around your waist if you're willing to do what is required.

Firstly, you need to understand the correct nutrition principles and considering the confusion and mis-information surrounding the area of nutrition this can be difficult. Nevertheless, I suggest following my quick weight loss diet for 2 weeks and seeing what sort of results you get. Do not eat or drink anything else (except water) if it is not on the plan.

Next, you need to perform regular exercise if you aren't already doing so. The type of exercise you perform is completely up to you but make sure you do it every day.

After a month, please get back to me and let me know how you have gone.

This information provides an awesome logic with a scientific explanation to back it up. Learning what hormones are responsible for which activity in our bodies can help us all to understand why weight loss effects each and everyone of us so very differently and why one method works for some and yet not for others.

Thank you for sharing this informative piece, I honestly recommend the ezine site to all my 'weight loss procrastinating' friends and family. I then get to see them taking on a new focus, direction, understanding and appreciation for achieving a healthy body and 'lifestyle'.
