Clarity at Last

Thank you soooo much for this article. It really cleared up a lot of queastions I had. I personally have lost 20lbs over a two and a half month period by just eliminating all carbs ...or so I thought. I was however eating a lot of steamed broccoli along with egg whites, and other proteins and consuming much more bottled water.

This article came at the perfect time because I was starting to hit the wall as I was starting to crave other things and this article has broadened my perspective.

I wish I could find some more recipes or a larger selection of the food pairings of low-density carbs, protiens and and fiber. I'm a single parent of a 10 year old boy and I would love to be able to include him in this healthy lifestyle.

I'm certainly not a gourmet chef and I eat pretty much the same foods all the time. There are plenty of great healthy recipe books available that use the same food combinations but that offer far more creativity when it comes to meals.
