Thank you soooo much for this article. It really cleared up a lot of queastions I had. I personally have lost 20lbs over a two and a half month period by just eliminating all carbs ...or so I thought. I was however eating a lot of steamed broccoli along with egg whites, and other proteins and consuming much more bottled water.
This article came at the perfect time because I was starting to hit the wall as I was starting to crave other things and this article has broadened my perspective.
I wish I could find some more recipes or a larger selection of the food pairings of low-density carbs, protiens and and fiber. I'm a single parent of a 10 year old boy and I would love to be able to include him in this healthy lifestyle.
