Common sense approach

What terrific information you have outlined. I became type 2 diabetic (no family history) from being overweight, in my opinion, I thought. But after losing 150 lbs the wrong way, I still have type 2 diabetes. This information is just a common sense approach that most have known, but don't want to admit to. These articles just re-inforce what we have been told.
These articles are very well defined, easy to read and easier to understand. With diabetes, either type, the doctors just say here take this, with no explanations of how the body works and what the medications do. These articles tell you the information you should know and teach one the appropriate way to incorporate these known and proven facts into our everyday lives and yes, diets.
We all hate the word 'diet'. But using these techniques can make your life 'fun' again.
