Diabetic Food Grocery List

Here is the diabetic food grocery list that you can use in order to follow the type 2 diabetes diets. The sample diabetic menus include healthy food choices that can not only help you reverse the type 2 diabetes condition but also lose weight fast!

Here is the list:

• 2 dozen eggs
• 4 onions
• 4 tomatoes
• Protein powder
• 1 kg of chicken breasts
• 500g pumpkin
• 1kg carrots
• 1kg broccoli
• 2 x 500g tubs of skim cottage cheese
• 1kg tub of yoghurt (any flavour)
• 150g sunflower seeds
• 1kg lean red meat
• 500g sweet potato
• 500g green beans

If you dislike any of the foods listed here you can substitute them with other foods by using the Macronutrient Information Table, which is featured in the Look Good Feel Great! weight loss system.
