How long do you need to take GI factor before you notice a difference? Can it be taken in conjunction with other supplements such as Thyron?

GI Factor and Thyron
by: Steve

Hi Judith,

Great to hear from you.

When you say notice a difference by taking GI Factor do you mean getting rid or cravings, stabilising blood sugar levels or losing weight?

If you mean getting rid of cravings I'd say you should notice the effects imediately if you use it correctly, ie. taking it with lunch and dinner. That means you should not get cravings during mid-afternoon (so long as you have a mid-afternoon snack as well) or in the evening.

When it comes to stabilising blood sugar, it will depend on a person's degree of insulin resistance. However, I think that by reducing your carb intake slightly, using GI Factor and doing some exercise you should notice a significant improvement in a few weeks.

For weight loss, it may take a bit longer even though it does keep insulin low simply because so many other factors come into play.

Also, it is okay to use it in conjunction with Thyron.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Steve.
