Easy Ways to Lose Weight Fast!
(Part 2)

Here is part 2 of 'Easy Ways to Lose Weight Fast!' These are easy principles that you can incorporate into your lifestyle immediately to help you lose weight in days, not weeks or months!

4. Walk every morning before breakfast
Any exercise helps boost your metabolism, burn fat and therefore lose weight. However, some times of the day are more effective than others. For example, exercising first thing in the morning before breakfast will help you burn fat and lose weight faster than at any other time of the day.

Here’s the reason why it is so effective:

When you wake up in the morning you have been fasting for the previous 6-8 hours (assuming you haven’t made yourself a midnight snack) and your blood glucose (sugar) is low. Then, when you start exercising, your body is forced to release fat from the fat stores to be used as fuel. The reason the body does this is simply because it tries to preserve the remaining blood glucose because it is the only fuel used by the brain and central nervous system under normal conditions.

This process can be magnified even further by taking a thermogenic, like XLR8 Thermogenic before your morning walk.

Furthermore, waiting 20-30 minutes after the walk before you have breakfast will keep your body in ‘maximum fat-burning mode’ due to your elevated metabolism and high levels of free fatty acids in your blood stream.

If you use this one strategy every day for 3-4 weeks you will be astounded at the changes that will occur in your body! The fat will literally melt away! This is a really effective way to lose body fat and is definitely one of the easy ways to lose weight!

5. Lift weights twice a week.
Lifting weights is the most under-estimated way to lose weight fast! Now, before you start saying, ‘But I don’t want to get big muscles!’ or ‘I don’t want to look like a man!’ please hear me out.

The main purpose of lifting weights when your primary goal is to lose body fat is to preserve the muscle mass you already have. You see, muscle is the ‘engine’ within which the fat, or ‘fuel’ is burnt and maintaining or even increasing your muscle mass slightly will help ensure your body fat is burnt off efficiently.

If you don’t lift weights, your body will quite happily lose both fat and muscle as you drop the kilos. Lifting weights forces your body to maintain your muscle mass, therefore keeping your metabolism elevated and turning your body into the 24-hour-a-day machine!

Incidentally, it only takes two 30 minute sessions a week to obtain the muscle preserving benefits of lifting weights.
