Fibre balances I.R.

Hi,
I really appreciate the straight-forward advice and you giving methods that give hope rather than some others which inform you that it'll be really difficult and we may only be able to hold the insulin resistance where it currently is rather than start a return to normal.
I really get the importance of making sure you include fibre so it balances and slows down the intake of carb/sweet things and also just having a little at a time. We can still enjoy some of what we like but eating really small portions and include fibre.
