Free Detox Diet Plan
This free detox diet plan will help you lose weight in days especially if you are desperate to lose weight quickly. It is easy for most people to follow and fits comfortably into anyone's lifestyle.
Here is the detox diet plan as requested:
BREAKFAST:
Option 1:
30g natural muesli or 20g oats
2 teaspoons of LSA
2 teaspoons of psyllium husks
150 - 200mls of rice milk
Option 2:
2 whole eggs
½ onion (chopped up)
½ tomato (chopped up)
- prepare as an omelette
1 slice of wheat-free bread (toasted, no butter or margarine)
1 cup of green tea
MID-MORNING:
Option 1:
1 piece of fruit
12 almonds
Option 2:
1 small tin of flavoured tuna
LUNCH:
Option 1:
6-8 pieces of salmon sushi
Option 2:
150g of sliced chicken breast (grilled with seasoning of your choice)
100g of sweet potato
100g of carrot
50g of broccoli
(Steam the vegetables)
MID-AFTERNOON:
Same as mid-morning
DINNER:
Option 1:
200g salmon steak (cooked with lemon juice)
150g pumpkin
100g sweet potato
50g broccoli
Option 2:
150g sliced chicken breast (grilled with seasoning of your choice)
100g potato
50g sweet corn
50g broccoli
50g peas or green beans
