Great advice

Thank you for this great information I have insulin resistance and when I read the side effects of the medication I couldn't believe it, so this is great knowing there is a way to cure this problem without the drugs.

Hi Kristy,

Thanks for taking the time to give me your feedback. You're absolutely right! It is amazing that doctors don't offer people natural alternatives to help them overcome insulin resistance. The fact is, that it is such an easy condition to overcome that there is absolutely no need to go on medication if the problem is addressed correctly.

Unfortunately though, too many people rely on their doctors to look after their health instead of taking some personal responsibility and looking after their health themselves.
