I've read so many pieces on losing weight. They mostly go on and on and on, repeating the same stuff. I find I either get bored or simply run out of time. I just want to get to the point. A matrix, or bullet point of do's and don'ts etc.
So, eat nuts with my fruit. Bingo. I actually got some useful information from this. Thank you sooooo much.
That's the sort of information I want, not a 100 page document that could be thinned down to 10 or possibly 5.
