Here is a healthy diet plan (Nutritional Plan). It is one of the best free weight loss meal plans availalbe. It is not necessarily a low-fat diet as most nutritionists recommend because fat is essential for optimum body functioning.


The sample diet plan above shows how easy it is to eat healthily without starving. It fulfills all the criteria of the Healthy Diet Format Feel free to substitute certain foods to suit you own personal food preferences and adjust the portion sizes to suit your appetite.

In fact it is better to have more frequent, small meals rather than large ones so if you need to have 6 or even 7 meals a day, do that rather than increasing the size of the meals.
