non-meat protein sources

Hi Natasha,

I think on most of my articles about protein sources there are non-meat items. Nevertheless, here's a list for you:

Egg whites

Skim cottage cheese

Tofu

Almonds

Protein powder (whey is the best)

Beans

Diet jelly
