Many people want to know how to lose cellulite quickly and easily. The fact is, if you want to get rid of cellulite, the process involved is relatively simple and may be done by anyone who is motivated enough to do what is necessary.

Cellulite is simply fat! The reason why it has the 'dimpling effect' is simply because the connective tissue that lies underneath the fat layer is structured slightly differently to the connective tissue at other sites of the body.

Plus, when the fat cells are filled with fat the connective tissue pulls on it, creating the dimpled appearance. It is sort of like over-stuffing a sofa!

These are a complete waste of money! Do NOT spend any of your hard-earned money on these scams, which include: cellulite creams, body wraps, massagers and cellulite pills.

For many women, getting rid of cellulite is their ultimate wish! Not just reduce cellulite but get rid of cellulite forever altogether.

In this article we're going to cover how to lose cellulite quickly and easily without starving or exercising excessively and especially without having to resort to using any of the 'cellulite scam products'.



Here's how you can get rid of cellulite:

Make a decision

The first step you need to take in order to get rid of cellulite is to simply make a decision that you're going to do whatever it takes to do it. Then you need to commit to performing the necessary actions on a daily basis and finally follow through by taking those actions.

Rest assured that if you're willing to do everything that's required and allow enough time for the process to take effect, then you will be absolutely amazed at how much your body can change. Your hips, thighs and butt will be toned and shapely, enhancing your natural feminine curves.

Always keep in mind that even if you know how to lose cellulite effectively, without actually performing the necessary actions every day, the knowledge is completely useless.



Nutritional principles

Getting rid of cellulite forever requires you to permanently change some of your eating habits. Nutrition plays an integral role when it comes to cellulite removal.

When I've discussed how to lose cellulite with people, many often ask, 'Can I just eat healthy?' Unfortunately, the answer is 'no'! Simply eating 'healthy' isn't enough, you need to make sure the foods you eat are as close to ideal as possible.

The primary ways this approach to nutrition may help you get rid of cellulite is simply because it will decrease fat storage, promote fat usage and help to maintain your muscle mass by supplying an adequate amount of protein in your diet.

Maintaining your muscle mass is such an important factor if you're wanting to know how to lose cellulite simply because it will contribute to elevating your metabolism. By doing so, your body becomes a more efficient fat burner.

Here are some easy ways to ensure you get an adequate protein intake each day and therefore assist your body in maintaining its muscle mass:

  • Add some nuts and seeds or some LSA (linseeds, sunflower seeds, almonds) meal to your cereal in the morning

  • Perhaps have an egg or two on toast for breakfast

  • For your mid-morning/ mid-afternoon meals have a protein shake or a tin of flavoured tuna

  • Lunch may include about 100g (about the size of a deck of cards) of diced chicken in a salad

  • Dinner may include a small piece of lean meat
  • Having a slightly higher protein intake and lower carbohydrate intake (or at least being selective about your source of carbohydrates) can make a massive difference when it comes to losing fat/ weight and getting rid of cellulite.



    Exercise principles

    Here's some tips for how to lose cellulite through exercise.

    Since getting rid of cellulite involves getting rid of body fat, it is essential that you perform a resistance exercise workout several times a week (at least 2). There are so many exercise myths and the myth that lifting weights will 'bulk you up' is certainly one!

    Even though you can increase your muscle mass if you increase your food intake and perform regular weight training workouts, if you limit your food intake (as you should do if you want to lose weight), then it is impossible to 'bulk up'.     The weight-training component of your workouts will not only help to maintain your muscle mass, which will keep your metabolism elevated and assist your toning efforts, but you will also gain the osteoporosis-preventing benefits as well. Lifting weights is one of the best ways to prevent osteoporosis.

    It is important to perform resistance exercises for all of your major muscle groups. However, if you want to specifically target your lower body so you can achieve a toned body, particularly around your hips and thigh area (keep in mind that 'spot reduction' is impossible), then here are some exercise that are worthwhile performing:

  • Squat
  • Lunge
  • Step-ups
  • Hip extension
  • Leg extension
  • Leg curl
  • stiff-leg deadlift
  • Leg press
  • Standing calf raise
  • Seated calf raise
  • When you perform your lower-body workout, select 5 of these exercise, perform 2-3 sets of each exercise and between 25-30 reps per set.

    Aerobic (cardiorespiratory) exercise is the other form of exercise that is essential if you want to know how to lose cellulite. The primary benefit of regular aerobic exercise is that it increases your daily energy (calorie) expenditure, which makes it easier to create an energy deficit and therefore, lose weight (and fat).

    In order to reduce cellulite using aerobic exercise it is important to perform it every day for around 20-40 minutes. Also, make sure you select the type(s) of exercise that you enjoy doing so you can make it a permanent lifestyle habit.

    Here are some examples of aerobic exercise: brisk walking, jogging, cycling, rowing, swimming, aerobic classes, stepper machines, cross-training machines.



    Supplementation principles
