I BELIEVE!!!!!!!!!!
It is SO true to keep your body fueled for success during weight loss and for a lifetime habit! I have found that recently I have had trouble losing weight or keeping weight off. THE SECRET?: I have forgotten to take care of myself during the day at work. SNACKS!! Yes, I mean snacks are what has been holding my weight 'up' on the scale as of lately. I am back on track with what sometimes seems like constant eating, but I never over-indulge when I have had my snacks. -KMc
