Looking for a natural cure for IR

I was just at the doctor office today and received a report from labs I had done the week prior that confirmed I am at risk for developing diabetes. My doc wants to put me on Metformin ASAP. I DO NOT want to mask health issues. I want to cure them. He said I would not be able to cure this and I MUST take the drug. Scared, I went home and immediately got online to find a cure for IR. I stumbled upon your website and was excited to read that a cure was possible. I am sooooo ready to change whatever I need to change so that I will not have to take another life long drug. I am already taking thyroid med. I do not want to have a cabinet full of medication. I want to be healthy and this article has given me hope. I will follow the protocol.
