You Can Lose Weight Without Dieting!

Here are the steps you need to take in order to lose weight without dieting. Dieting is not a good way to lose weight. As soon as the diet finishes a corresponding re-bound weight gain inevitably occurs.

A far better way to lose weight and keep it off long term is to create a lifestyle for yourself that involves regular exercise in combination with suitable eating habits and the correct supplements.

Some people may call these eating habits, 'healthy dieting' but the term 'dieting' itself has too many negative connotations so I think a more appropriate term is 'eating habits' or 'nutritional plan'.

Nevertheless, it is possible to lose weight without dieting by simply choosing to follow a lifestyle that involves exercise, good nutritional habits and appropriate supplementation.

One of the easiest ways to lose weight is to create a calorie deficit in your body. This of course, may be done by eating less or exercising more. Eating less is the most common technique used by most people when they want to lose weight. It is usually achieved by cutting down their portion sizes substantially or by skipping meals. Unfortunately though, this drastic approach leads to uncontrollable hunger, feeling of deprivation and ultimately re-bound weight gain. This approach is done simply because most people want to get the weight off as quickly as possible.

It is important to understand that if you want to lose weight withough dieting but want to do so quickly, you are far better off incorporating a variety of principles into your lifestyle simultaneously rather than simply reducing your food intake. This means, performing some exercise on a regular basis (perhaps every day), reducing your food intake slightly and using supplements like, thermogenics, glucose disposal agents, and perhaps a thyroid-support supplement like, Thyron as well.

Another way to lose weight without dieting, but one that is perhaps less well known is to simply keep your body's production of insulin as low as possible throughout the day. This strategy is actually very powerful and is the basic premise behind low-carb diets. The good news is though, you don't need to follow a low-carb diet in order to achieve this. Best of all, this principles for weight loss without dieting actually means you can still lose weight whilst actually eating more food! This means it may override the 'calories in versus calories out' (calorie deficit) principle!

However, in summary, if you consume 1-2 serves a day of high-density carbohydrates like, bread, pasta, rice, cereals, etc. in combination with 2-3 serves a day of medium-density carbohydrates like, fruit, starchy vegetables and dairy products and 4-6 serves a day of the low-density carbohydrates (fibrous vegetables) like, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, etc. then you will easily be able to keep your blood sugar level stable and therefore, insulin low.

Of course, it is absolutely essential that you control your portion sizes if you want to lose weight without dieting and it may be quite surprising how small the portion sizes need to be. For example, when we have 1-2 serves a day of the high-density carbohydrates, this means you might have 1 piece of bread (1 serve) and 30 grams of cereal (1 serve).

If you tend to eat natural muesli like I do most mornings for breakfast then 30 grams of cereal is 3 tablespoons of natural muesli, that's it! Then, that also means we can't have a sandwich for lunch because that would give us too many serves of the high-density carbohydrates!

Another great stratgey to help you lose weight without dieting is to ensure that all of your exercise sessions are performed when your body is in a mildly hypoglycemic state. This is discussed in more detail in the article titled, How to Structure Your Gym Workouts For Best Results!

Even if you don't exercise in a gym you can still apply the same principles that are discussed in the article by simply exercising first thing in the morning before breakfast. Exercising in a mildly hypoglycemic state really is one of the best ways to lose weight without dieting.

Overall, weight loss without dieting (dieting by most people's definition of restriction and starvation) is not necessary if you want to lose weight fast. By using some of the principles recommended in this article, you can easily lose weight without dieting and most importantly, keep it off long term!
