Menu For Diabetic Patients
That Can Help You Overcome Insulin Resistance...
Here is the ideal menu for diabetic patients. By following one of the type 2 diabetes diets, people who have some degree of insulin resistance should be able to overcome that condition.
This is a low-carb diet and the only time I recommend this nutritional approach is when people have some degree of insulin resistance (type 2 diabetes or polycystic ovarian syndrome).
When one of these types of sample diabetic menus is followed in conjunction with a suitable exercise program and supplementation plan, insulin resistance can be reversed in a relatively short period of time.
Once their blood glucose levels have normalised, they can slowly re-introduce carbohydrates back into their diet.
