MISSION: Save My Husbands Life

This article was very helpful. I was about to start my grocery list and decided to look up the RIGHT foods to purchase to help my husband, who has type 2 diabetes. I know there has to be a way to either reverse it or at least help it not be as bad. I just had to keep looking! It did not make sense to me to keep reading about how ANYONE let alone type 2 diabetics NEED to eat more carbs in the form of rice and pasta. That just does not make sense. Even when you want to lose weight the first thing they tell you is to cut down on bad carbs and increase on good ones.
