My Views on Thermogenics

Hi,

This is a very easy article to understand written in plain english, but as is usual with all weight loss plans they say increasing exercise is an important part of this to get results.

Therefore, would it not be just be the increased exercise that will reduce weight? Sounds like a con to me. But if it helps people to lose weight and become fitter I'm all for it (eat less & work harder may we all become slim & fit)

P.S. And dont forget to take the bloody pills!
