What about if your thyroid was removed because you had cancer. Please write something and what to do about that.

thyroid removed
by: Steve

Hi Frank,

Great to hear from you mate.

I'm sorry to hear about your thyroid being removed due to cancer.

In all honesty I can't say much about that from a weight-loss perspective since I'm not a doctor. However, my first suggestion is to make sure you take your meds every day!

The next step I suggest taking is to perform certain activities that prevent the cancer (which is a metabolic disease) from ever coming back. If I was you, this is what I'd do:

- Take a really powerful antioxidant every day.
- Perform 30 minutes of high intensity cardio every day (keep your body cells well-oxygenated).
- Eat mainly fresh, organic (where possible), natural foods and emphasise fruits and vegetables.
- Take nutrients like, spirulina to help alkalise your blood stream (take a truck load!).
- Take an enzyme supplement.
- Take a B17 supplement every day.
- Minimise your intake of processed or artificial foods.
- Only use natural products in your bathroom, kitchen and laundry.

I hope this helps Frank.

There's probably plenty of other suggestions from visitors to the site who are far more knowledgeable than me in this area so I would like to invite other people to offer some suggestions to Frank about what he can do.

All the best.

Regards,

Steve.
