PCOS nightmare

I am really struggling with PCOS, the weight comes off so slooowwwly! I am at my wits end with it all. I am on fertility treatment and i was reccomended to loose 10kg to improve my chances. That was 6 months ago, and I have only lost 3kg.
Maybe this can help me lose the weight and feel good about myself again.
