Thanks for the help. As a person just getting started on a weight loss and muscle gain routine this answered all the questions as to what protein supplement to buy, and why.
All the info was interesting and good to know, plus having the conclusion to simplify it all at the end was great.
I also found it interesting reading over the protein for vegetarians information. I'm not a vegetarian, but have decided to increase the vegetable content in my diet and wanted to see if I could tie this in with a need for more protein.
Once again, the information was direct and clearly presented and all very applicable and appropriate. I found both articles very, very helpful!
