Plan Ahead

I am finding this information very useful. Today is the first day of my diet and I am using your website as inspiration. Normally I'd just go for 3 meals a day but following your advice I will have a small snack in between to stop over eating at meal times.
I like the scientific approach you use. Its factual and you can't argue with it. When something is explained in detail, (and scientifically) it's easier to take on board and gives you something to think about why you're doing it rather than just 'eat this, don't eat that' etc.
Also having healthy meals prepared is much needed. The reason I eat rubbish is convenience. When I'm hungry its much easier and tempting to grab a few biscuits instead of making something wholesome.
