Skinny fit girl turned fat with pcos, looking for help!

by Jodi
(Georgia)

Thank you for putting a simple, easy to follow, straight forward solution to controlling my pcos and insulin resistance. I think my biggest challenge are the cravings I experience for carbs. Hopefully those will subside?!

I really need a solution that's easy to follow and does not require a lot of preparation. I'm an RN who works long shifts.

I've been fit until pcos and now am struggling with my weight. I will try the 10 grams x 5 approach.

Thank you!

quick weight loss diet benefits
by: Steve

Hi Sandra,

Thanks for your comments and I hope you find the e-book useful.

Rest assured that the quick weight loss diet featured on the website is the most effective weight-loss diet I have ever used!

I am certain that if you follow it as closely as possible, you will get amazing results just like many people who have tried it in the past.

Please be aware though that I don't recommend it as a long-term approach to weight loss simply because I find it too hard for most people to stick to long term.

Nevertheless, even after you follow it for 2 weeks (as I recommend) and keep following the principles as closely as possible thereafter you will continue to get amazing results and best of all, be able to keep those results for the long term!

All the very best!

Regards,

Steve.

Finally the missing piece of the jigsaw Your article makes some sense at last

by Linn
(Scotland)

After reading your article I can finally feel that at last there is a reason for my weight gain and my hair thinning.

I've had tests of all sorts to determine what's wrong and I'm not eating any more than usual and never touch processed foods.

My hair has been thinning for some 10 years now and I'm almost at my wits end to finding a reason for it all. My weight is gaining very fast and I'm now 11 stone I used to be 8 only a few years ago. I'm eating healthier now than I ever did. I feel after reading your article that I am insulin resistant. At last I can finally do something about this.

Thankyou for your article it has given me renewed hope that at last I can do something about my health.

Thank you

Thanks so much. I definitely will be purchasing the GI Factor. I have a bit more hope now for battling this thing. I was looking for something to help me with my IR without prescribed medications such as metformin.

GI Factor and PCOS
by: Steve

Hi,

Thanks for your question.

YES! GI Factor is definitely beneficial for women who have PCOS. Since one of the symptoms of PCOS is insulin resistance and GI Factor contains glucose disposal agents, it will definitely assist the body with disposing of glucose from the blood stream, which will make it easier to keep the blood sugar level stable and therefore, insulin low.

Women with PCOS should also follow a low carb diet and exercise regularly. This combination of exercise (both weights and cardio) combined with a low-carb diet and using glucose disposal agents or a combination of glucose disposal agents, as is in GI Factor, will help a woman with PCOS lose weight.

I wish you all the very best with achieving your weight loss goal.

Regards,

Steve.

protein

by Riversleigh

There should be more education about getting protein in the diet without meat. Most type two diabetics can't or won't exercise, and prefer medical intervention to lifestyle change. Have you ever met a vegetarian or vegan with type two diabetes or diverticulitis? All the lifestyle diets are full of compromise. We all know the BIG-UNDIES (pun on medication name) brigade want to do anything to get better except eat right and exercise, so we sugar coat it (ok my puns are bad).

Here it is, stop drinking alcohol, start to exercise to increasing levels of tolerance every single day, and go vegan for a few months till everything gets under control. Later you can go back to paying someone to kill sentient beings on your behalf for the sake of your self centred pleasures. However, do this in a more controlled and less excessive way, little by little and check how you are going along the way.

Society is not to blame for you being fat and lazy!
