Real Eye opener!
Well, I am pleased to say that from all the online articles I have read in the past weeks, this is the only one that contained the necessary information to make me realize what it is that I've been doing wrong until now. I recently bought whey protein powder, and have used it as a meal replacemente shake, and instead of eating healthier, I just thought having a protein shake twice a day plus my regular meal, I would lose weight and it wasn't the way things turned out at all. Now I will try to incorporate the protein shakes as part of other 3 meals per day, at least. Thanks for the information!
