Skinny fit girl turned fat with pcos, looking for help!

Thank you for putting a simple, easy to follow, straight forward solution to controlling my pcos and insulin resistance. I think my biggest challenge are the cravings I experience for carbs. Hopefully those will subside?!
I really need a solution that's easy to follow and does not require a lot of preparation. I'm an RN who works long shifts.
I've been fit until pcos and now am struggling with my weight. I will try the 10 grams x 5 approach.
