Stress and Weight Loss

I am convinced that your article is correct. My aim was to lose only 4 kgs over a six month period. It is now obvious to me that when I am in a less stressful environment my weight and general well-being becomes more balanced. I now have learnt to control my stress levels and as a result I have reduced my weight and generally feel more positive.
