Hi Diane,

Nice to hear from you and thanks for commenting on the article. You're right! tips 3 and 4 are less well-known when it comes to losing weight quickly.

Since the body tends to retain a lot of fluid, especially when processed foods are eaten or highly allergenic foods are consumed, the body retains fluid or becomes slightly inflamed, which also causes fluid retention in the body as well as affecting the functioning of organs and systems.
