I have used bcn thermogenics a while ago now and loved them but I had to have a break from gym exercise etc. for quite a while (about 10 months) due to severe Meniere's Disease vertigo attacks.

I am currently in a remission stage so I want to return to my exercise and need to lose weight by November if I can for my son's wedding.

I also have Hashimoto's as well so I must adhere to a low salt diet and low caffiene because of my Meneiere's.

I want to know if I should re-start the thermogenics if you think not then could you suggest something else. I am 53 yrs.

Thank you,

Stephannie Stacey

thermogenic alternative

Hi Stephanie,

Nice to hear from you.

If you need to keep your intake of caffeine low then I suggest avoiding the use of thermogenics including, XLR8 Thermogenic.

Perhaps a better alternative may be Thyron, especially if you have Hashimoto's Disease.

Thyron doesn't contain any caffeine but it will help to speed up your metabolism by up-regulating thyroid function.

I hope this helps.

All the very best with your weight-loss efforts Stephanie.
