Increase the portion of protein in every meal of the thyroid dietProtein is an essential part of everyone's diet simply because it is has so many functions in the body. Therefore, it is important that you consume an adequate amount of it each day. This means having a small portion every few hours.
For example, you may want to have an egg in the morning as a part of your breakfast or add a few tablespoons of mixed nuts and seeds to your cereal.
