Top Fat Burners
...Everything you need to know!
The top fat burners in the world contain a combination of thermogenic herbs that can help you achieve your fat-burning and weight-loss goals much faster.
They work through several mechanisms to assist weight loss. Top fat burners increase your energy level, give your metabolism a boost and
also increase the mobilisation of fat from your fat stores.
These beneficial effects mean that you will be able to burn fat and lose weight faster than simply exercise and diet alone. However, it is important to be
aware that a thermogenic fat burner is certainly not a 'magic pill' even though they can help you lose weight faster.
The best fat burner is one that contains a combination of herbs. Herbal-based fat burners are better to use than pharmaceutical-based fat burners
simply because they place less stress on the body and tend to have fewer side effects.
Also, when it comes to losing weight using one of the top fat burners is a great part of your overall weight-loss program, which also includes
a suitable nutritional plan and exercise routine. However, many people try to lose weight like they study; by cramming!
Oftentimes, they skip meals or try to starve themselves in addition to exercising excessively, sometimes several hours a day!
The best way to lose weight (fat) and keep it off long term, is to simply lose it slowly. Now I know this website is all about losing weight quickly
and even though I'm saying lose weight slowly, this a relative term.
If you use as many principles from this website as possible, you will be amazed at how quickly your body can change. However, there is no need
to take extreme measures, like starving or excessive exercise, in order to lose weight. All you need to do is select the principles that suit your
lifestyle, use them consistently every day and then allow enough time for them to have an effect!
Always keep in mind that there's a big difference between losing weight and losing fat! Since the human body has been designed to
survive a famine, it preserves its valuable fat stores as much as possible. Therefore, the best way to burn off body fat is to have our body 'think'
that it's not being starved at all and to encourage it to use more fat as a fuel source.
One of the best ways to help speed up the fat-burning process in your body is by using one of the top fat burners (also known as
thermogenics).
Thermogenics, as the name suggests, generate heat in the body by stimulating both the central nervous system and sympathetic nervous system.
It also helps to give you an
energy boost.
Stimulating your nervous system means you also
speed up your metabolism. This means that
you increase your
daily calorie expenditure and the amount of at you
burn off.
It is important to keep in mind though that even if you increase your calorie expenditure through using one of the top fat burners or through exercise,
if you don't control your food intake, it is unlikely that you will lose weight!
Research suggests that using the best fat burners can help you achieve your weight-loss goal much faster, especially if combined with a suitable nutritional plan
and exercise program.
There are so many thermogenics on the market that it is important that you are aware of the essential criteria to look for in order to make sure you
use one of the top fat burners and don't waste your money on inferior quality products.
Here's The Criteria to Help You Identify a Top Fat Burner
How many thermogenic ingredients does it contain?
All of the top fat burners on the market contain at least 3 thermogenic ingredients. If the product you are considering contains less than this then
it is likely to be less effective because the body will be able to 'down-regulate' the receptors in a short period of time.
However, having too many ingredients is also bad because it means that few, if any, of the ingredients are supplied in therapeutic amounts.
This also means that the thermogenic fat burner is going to be less effective.
What are the ingredients in the thermogenic fat burner?
There are several fruit and herb extracts that have been shown to stimulate different parts of the nervous system and therefore demonstrate
thermogenic effects in the body. The top fat burners contain combinations of the following fruit and herb extracts: Guarana, Coffee arabica,
Green tea, Citrus aurantium, Coleus forskholii and Ginger.
Some products on the market that claim to be fat burners don't actually contain any thermogenic ingredients at all. These are called 'lipotropics'
and have the effect of being 'thermogenic support' ingredients, whereby they support fat burning in the body but don't affect it directly.
A good example is L-carnitine. L-carnitine was a popular 'fat-burner' in the 80's and 90's and it is still contained in some products today.
However, L-carnitine is actually a fatty acid transporter and not actually a fat burner.
Plus, the amounts that are necessary for L-carnitine to be effective are in the range of 2,000-3,000mg per day, not the few hundred mg doses that some products contain.
Some of the best fat burners also contain a black pepper extract (a.k.a. Piperine). Piperine blocks the proteins and enzymes involved in
limiting the absorption of nutrients through the intestinal wall. This improves the absorption of the ingredients from the fat burner.
Are the ingredients in therapeutic dosages?
In order to be effective the top fat burners must contain therapeutic levels of ingredients. It is quite often that inferior quality fat burners
contain token amounts of particular ingredients. They are usually included in the product simply as 'label garnish' and don't have any effect
when it comes to promoting fat burning in your body.
For example, Citrus aurantium (a sympathomimetic and the 'cousin' of Ephedra) is an expensive ingredient and should be provided in a suitable amount
in a thermogenic fat burner. Top fat burners like,
XLR8 Thermogenic, must contain between 10 and 15mg of the active ingredient
(oxidrene a.k.a. synephrine). XLR8 Thermogenic actually contains the maximum amount of oxidrene per capsule permitted by the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration),
which is 15mg.
Products that contain less than this amount will be less effective. Sometimes, companies will only put the amount of Citrus aurantium on the label
and won't actually state the level of the active ingredients. If this is the case in a fat burner you are considering then it is highly likely that the
levels are very low. This of course saves the manufacturer lots of money because it is an expensive ingredient.
What is the cost of the thermogenic fat burner per serve?
There is quite a wide variation in the number of ingredients, types of ingredients and levels of ingredients in the fat burners on the market.
In addition to this they also vary greatly in cost. If you are considering using one of the top fat burners then it must have a low
cost-to-benefit ratio. This means that the results you attain by using the fat burner outweighs its cost.
A high-quality thermogenic fat burner shouldn't cost you more than $1 per serve. Therefore, if you have 2 serves a day it will cost you around $2 a day,
which is a reasonable amount to pay in order to help you achieve your weight-loss goal faster!
Other considerations when selecting one of the top fat burners
Thermogenic fat burners should not be used by everyone. If you suffer from high blood pressure, use blood pressure medication, are pregnant,
are nursing are over 65 years or age or under 18 then you should avoid using fat burners.
Also, even if you are using one of the top fat burners it is important to cycle its use. Over time the body 'down regulates' the nervous system
receptors to make the thermogenic less effective. Therefore, it is best to only use thermogenic fat burners
for a period of 6-8 weeks followed by a
2-4 week break.
The fat-mobilising effects of the best fat burners are partly achieved by stimulating the adrenal glands to release the catecholamines (epinephrine and nor-epinephrine)
into the blood stream. These hormones stimulate the fat cells to release stored body fat and send it into the blood stream where it can be used as a fuel source.
The problem with this effect is that it may lead to a condition known as, 'adrenal fatigue or exhaustion'. Therefore, top fat burners should also contain
adrenal-support herbs, like Rhodiola. Rhodiola helps to nourish and support the adrenal glands, which helps to avoid the potential for
adrenal fatigue. Having a break every 6-8 weeks also helps to avoid
the potential for adrenal fatigue.
