I have bought the thermogenic XLR8 based on your advice and shall let you know how I go.

Just a couple of questions:

1. Role of appetite suppresants-herbal such as hoodia?

2. What is the ideal amount of exercise without exhausting oneself?

Hoodia and Exercise Tolerance
by: Steve

Hi Ravi,

Great to hear from you.

I'm sure you'll find XLR8 Thermogenic very effective in helping you achieve your weight-loss goal much faster. If you have any questions, please let me know.

With regards to hoodia, it is banned in Australia because it is a protected species. Plus, if you are eating correctly there should be no need for appetite suppressants any way.

When it comes to exercise tolerance, everyone is different. I suggest starting off slowly and gradually building up the duration, intensity and frequency of your exercise sessions.

Remember, exercise is supposed to be enjoyable and must become a permanent part of your life!

I hope this helps.
