Weight loss motivation is probably the most important aspect of weight loss. Let's face it, even if you know all the principles to lose weight, if you don't have the motivation to incorporate them into your lifestyle and make them permanent lifestyle habits then you aren't going to lose weight.

As a result, in this section I will provide you with a series of articles that will help you create and then maintain the motivation to easily achieve your weight loss goal and most importantly, keep the weight off long term.
