Thank you

I have recently had some iridology appointments and I was told I have insulin resitance affecting my endocrine and digestive systems and weakness on my liver. I also have insulin which hasn't been utilized, so I've been doing some research and your article has been a great help.

I also need to lose about 5 kgs. I came across the Rosedale diet but am also interested in reading how to reverse diabetes. Both my uncles died from diabetes so it kinda runs in the family.

Thanks for your website and article. I really appreciate it.

Common sense approach

by Diane Crosby
(Wasco, Ca USA)

What terrific information you have outlined. I became type 2 diabetic (no family history) from being overweight, in my opinion, I thought. But after losing 150 lbs the wrong way, I still have type 2 diabetes. This information is just a common sense approach that most have known, but don't want to admit to. These articles just re-inforce what we have been told.

These articles are very well defined, easy to read and easier to understand. With diabetes, either type, the doctors just say here take this, with no explanations of how the body works and what the medications do. These articles tell you the information you should know and teach one the appropriate way to incorporate these known and proven facts into our everyday lives and yes, diets.

We all hate the word 'diet'. But using these techniques can make your life 'fun' again.

Informative and Helpful Info

by Alaine
(Leesburg, Florida)

Although I was aware of the affects of carbs on insulin levels, I found this to be very helpful information. I already work out most days, and am kinda of "up and down" with my diet. I know I need to eat more often and more consistently. This may be motivation for me to do that!
