Beneficial Lunches

Your article pinpoints to me the benefits of eating the right lunch. I thought that chicken and salad was good to help keep the weight down, not realising the reduction of blood sugar and the lack of carbohydrates to get throught the afternoon at work.


I shall certainly swap my pasta and salad meals around!

Chicken and Salad Lunches

Dear Steve,

Thank you so much for this article. In the warm weather I'm a raw foodist 6 days a week but in the winter I find myself at a loss and too often have done the 'chicken and salad lunch' or something similar and am left mystified as to why I eat all the time - or feel starving all the time - and still put on weight. What you have said here makes a lot of sense and I'm eager to read more of your website.

I couldn't attend your seminar at the Joondalup Library but sent along 2 family members to report back and they both really enjoyed your presentation and found it helpful for themselves too.
