Tone at Home Exercises

I tried some of the exercises above. This was simply great. It toned me up and made me more dynamic. I can not but thank you enough for helping me make such a transformation.

Thank you for this info. I am currently getting my six pack out of preservation. It has been about 6 years since I felt good about myself and am totally going to incorporate free weights to my exercise sessions during the week. I hope to do it for 30 minutes to keep it interesting.

great workout

It's really good for beginners and even afterwards you can increase the reps this is a great workout. I'm already starting to feel improvements. :)
